SOME SKINCARE TIPS FOR MONSOON

Hi everyone, now monsoon is here with all its beauty, romance and nostalgia. After the scorching heat of summer monsoon comes as a welcome relief, as the weather becomes so soothing, trees become more green and beautiful.
But my friends I know what do you want to say. Yeah there're some hitches also of monsoon.  
             
                     During monsoon the resistance of body  has naturally reduced because of the infections we commonly face. They are common cold, flu , indigestion problems, and many more. And in this season one also gets affected with some skin diseases like prickly heat , eczema etc. All these affect our skin so badly. So it is important that one must take care of the skin very seriously. Most important steps are that you must take care of the food you eat and the water you drink. The junk and spicy food, and the food from the roadside stalls should be honestly avoided. Avoid uncooked vegetables as salads , because the possibility of getting caught by germs is much higher here. Instead eat salads blanched in boiling water to disinfectant them. You have to take plenty of water  (8/10 glasses ) to keep your body hydrated and must ensure that the water you take must be filtered properly. Because many diseases are attacked due to water . Eat green leafy vegetables, the food enriched with vitamin C and proteins and lessen the fat intake. You can get  vitamins c in citrus fruits like lemons , oranges , grapes, etc. They fight infections, improve your immune system, purify and brighten your skin destroying free radicals , while providing a radiant glow to your skin and rejuvenating the skin from inside. These citrus fruits do more to skin. They help to smooth wrinkles and age spots and also provide a protective shield against UV rays. So you must  add vitamin C enriched food in you diet chart. Proteins are also a must for your healthy and glowing skin. You will find proteins in meat , poultry, fish , egg , milk and all dairy , cheese, soy etc. Proteins build and repair the tissues. New research suggests that foods rich in proteins , certain vitamins and minerals might provide antiaging effects. That's why it is said that Good Food, Good Skin. So beauties to get flawless, glam look must take special care of what you eat and drink. And another important thing that to get the flawless skin sweat it out regularly. That means you must do exercises. May it be jogging or aerobics or swimming or it maybe yoga. You can revive your old hobby. .. dancing. It will make you happy also. And all we know that happy face is the best flawless, glam face.

Still now I was discussing the ways to take care of skin from inside. But you have to use some simple steps from outside also. Everyday go for cleansing -toning-moisturising ritual twice. Sunscreen is a must for daytime, even in a  cloudy day. The oily skin beauties don't  be in the false notion that you don't need any moisturiser. That is must even for you also, but you use water based moisturiser when the dry skin use cream based. The combination beauties for the t-zone use water based and for the cheeks cream based to provide proper care to  your skin. Please fashionistas use minimal make up in this season  and that should be waterproof one. Before going to bed remove all the  makeup. Now  I am going to share you some DIY recipes for skincare. 

## CLEANSER## 

Mix cottage cheese  (chhena ) with honey , apply on face, keep it for 5 mins, then wash off. The dry skin beauties add some olive oil in it . To make  cottage cheese pour lime juice into boiling milk. 

##TONERS ##

Mix grapeseed oil with your toner and use.  Grapeseed oil removes tan , reduces wrinkles and gives an instant glow. Oily , combination and sensitive skin use sandalwood or orange toner , dry skin use rose toner. Normal skin can use both. Cucumber juice is a good toner for oily skin. Dry skin can boil some dried rose petals in water and your toner is ready. 

##DIY FACEPACK ##

♡For Oily Skin ♡
Mix fuller's earth (multani misti ) , rosewater, 1 pinch camphor , natural aloe vera gel and neem-basil paste. Apply the paste on face ,keep it for 10 mins and rinse with slightly warm water. The pack reduces oiliness and give the skin a clean feel. Use the pack once a week. 

♡For Dry Skin ♡
Make a pack of honey, rose water , mashed banana, and olive oil. Apply on face, wait for  15 mins and rinse with cold water.  It hydrates the skin and rejuvenate it. Use once a week. 

♡For Normal Skin♡
Mix yogurt , rose petals and honey. Apply it on face ,wait for  10 mns , rinse with normal water. It detans, gives an instant glow. Use once in a week. 

♡For Combination Skin ♡
This type of skin demands special care. You have to care for t-zone and cheeks separately. Mix milk and honey . Now  with it add lemonjuice for t-zone and almond oil for cheeks. It takes extra care of combination skin. Keep the pack 10 mins and wash off with slightly warm water. Use once a week. 
   
Sensitive skin beauties use the pack provided for oily skin or combination skin. 

At the end I want to say that above all these recipes are good but they're not enough. Keep yourself stress free. Stress is the biggest enemy of our skin. And be happy whatever the reason is. Everyday must listen to good music may it be vocals or instrumentals. Music soothes our mind and keep us relaxed giving us flawless,  glam look.

Simple, But Effective Monsoon Haircare Tips

        Hi beauties, today I have come again to share some useful  tips with you. Monsoon is now on full swing. Like you all I also in a very romantic mood these days. I am now in a nostalgic mood , hearing some good old melodies, nice poems and all. But getting out of this romanticism I am also worried about some practical problems . They're so many, but I am going to discuss only one problem that of hairfall.

Here ,you are seeing my hair and must be  thinking what I am worrying about. But I am also facing the same problem. But above all mine is really in great condition. That's why I am going to share you some of my simple tips and tricks so that you all can get the volume you always wish .

Now hairfall has become one of the most common problem to both men and women. These are  due busy sometimes unhealthy lifestyle, excessive stress, pollution, poor diet , hormonal changes , use of chemical and hair styling products etc. Actually hairfall is very common thing. Whatever you do some hair will fall everyday. But when it falls rapidly and severely, then one must be very cautious about it. Now I am coming to the point I actually want to discuss with you , the remedies for hairfall in monsoon season. 

They're very simple remedies. Now I am going to share one after another.



**Always drink plenty of water. Because water is the key source of energy for every cell of the human body including the cells those drive hair growth. It also energizer the nerve ends to enhance the natural vitality of skin and as well as hair roots. So 8 to 10 glasses of water is a must for healthy hair. If you  have spend outside for hours carry a bottle of water in your bag. 

**Shampoo your hair regularly whenever you feel your hair greesy and oily with a mild herbal one. You can wash the hair with conditioner also. It can wash your hair nicely and you can use it every alternate day. 

**Keep your hair dry always. Wet hair roots are so soft that they easily falls . But dry them normally, don't use hairdryer. It damages the hair most easily. But even if you have to use a hairdryer, use a lower heat and keep the dryer at least six inches from hair. Never tie the wet hair. It also a great cause of hairfall. 

** Eat plenty of green, leafy vegetables and fruits as they are filled with vitamins and minerals. And all we know that the vitamins and minerals are so much necessary for healthy hair roots. As they energizes the cells of the body so to thone of  the scalp too. You can intake vitamin B-Complex and iron supplements, but that you can do only according to any physician's advice. 
** Avoid spicy and oily foods. Say no to  junk food and street food too. 

**** Now some homemade masks***

1. All of you must have fenugreek seeds in your kitchen. Take one tsp of them , keep them under sun and as they are dried up grind them . Now take two tbs of sour curd and add to fenugreek powder , soak overnight for better results. Otherwise you can use them at once on your scalp and hair, keep it for minimum half an hour. Then wash it with mild shampoo. Do it once in a week to get dandruff free ,soft and shiny hair. It will speed up your hair growth too..

2. Another one is  curd and honey mask. Take 2 tbs of curd 1 tsp of honey. Apply it on your scalp and hair and wait for half an hour,  the more the better. Shampoo with a mild herbal one. The result is same.

3.Now I am going to share you a mixture of oils those are very effective. Take a small glass bowl , pour in one tsp of each of the oils like, grapeseed oil , jojoba oil , organic coconut oil, and tea tree oil. Apply on scalp and hair. You can keep it overnight or  just 2 hours before shampooing. You can make an oil mixture by boiling organic coconut oil, fenugreek seeds, hibiscus flower petals, neem and holy basil leaves and walnut powder. Use in the above way.

Dear friends these are some of the easiest tips to get rid of hairfall and to have a spa like soft , smooth and supple hair without making any hole in your purse. But trying all these if you see hairs are falling severely, dear pretties then you must visit a doctor as that must be due to some major physical ailments. Don't ignore then.

Tea tree oil... The wonderful essential oil.

       Hi beauties , I am here  with my second blog post. Hope you are all doing well in your busy schedule. Now I am sharing here my experiences about tea tree oil. Actually these days I have started using essential oils out of them I have liked most is tea tree oil.

      Before entering into the topic let me tell you what the tea tree oil is . It's not derived from the tea tree plant from which we get the tea which we sip every morning. It is indeed derived from the leaves of the shrubs tea tree ,seen in Southwest Queensland and the north east coast of New South Wales, Australia.

                Now I am telling you about it's uses. It's commonly thought that tea tree oil is only beneficial to oilnoy skin beauties. Yes it's surely a boon for the oily and also the combination skin beauties to remove the acnes what are the most annoying fact for them. Dilute 3/4 drops of tea tree oil with one tsp of mineral or filtered water and apply to skin (face/body) once or twice a day with a cotton swab. You will get an acne free skin. But don't overuse it because more than 3/4 drops of tea tree oil can dry out your skin triggering your body to over produce its own oils and make your acne worse. After applying it must use sunscreen lotion as tea tree oil can make your skin sensitive to UV rays.

Now I  am going to tell you aabout the other uses of tea tree oil. Here I am saying something that is useful for the dry skin beauties also. These days all of you step out of the house with make up. But we all know the necessity of removing makeup. But it's a great issue for us how to remove it easily without rubbing skin badly. Here comes the tea tree oil. The same way dilute tea tree oil with water and remove make up easily. But dry skin beauties , you dilute the same amount of tea tree oil with any carrier oil ,such as olive oil, almond oil ,grapeseed oil or anyone of your choice. 


 

There are various uses of tea tree oil. you can use it with your shampoo. Take required amount of shampoo on your palm and take 3/4 drops of tea tree oil. Now shampoo your hair as usual and get rid of dandruff , itching, lices and consequently hairfall. It heals any fungus infections like nail infections, infections from insect bite etc. The oil has camphor like smell that relaxes one's mind. You can pour 4/5 drops into your bath water and take bath you'll feel refreshed the whole day before next bath

My first sayings

I am going to write my first blog.  The fear strikes me what to write and how to start. However when I have been here I must say something. In my first blog I am not going to write anything serious. If you look at the title of my blog , you can easily understand that I am here to help you to be beautiful not only physically but from the inner core of your soul. Actually my passion for beauty brings me here . Here my effort will be to share my personal experiences, different tips, tricks to inspire and uplift you to believe that if you put in the effort to look good you will feel good too.

Here i am sharing something to feel great everyday. You must start your day early, that means wake up early in the morning. You can have much time for yourself. After getting fresh go for some physical activity. May it be  yoga or jogging or any heavy workouts . It will wash out the toxins from your body and make you refreshed. Then go for some simple beauty routines. Clean your face with a good cleanser or face wash or maybe any homemade cleansers . Then apply toner and afterwards a moisturiser. Everyone should apply moisturiser irrespective of skintype. You must remember that an oily skin beauty also need a moisturiser. At daytime always use sunscreen lotion whether you are staying indoors or going out . You must go for this cleaning -toning-moisturising ritual what we say ctm twice a day. Every night before sleep remove makeup and get into bed. If you make habits of these simple steps you will look younger and get yourself more confident to face the world.
